Your username, display name, bio, avatar, cover image, and any other details you add to your profile.

Connections:

Information about people, communities, and accounts you follow, interact with, or join.

Usage data:

How you use TUNCO — what you view, like, comment on, share, or how often you use features.

You can choose to provide additional information such as interests or preferences, but you are never required to share sensitive details.

Device and technical information

We automatically collect information from the device you use, including:

• Device type, operating system, browser, and app version
• IP address, language, and time zone
• Usage patterns (such as how long you spend on certain features)

Information from others

When someone interacts with you — for example, by liking your post, commenting, mentioning you, or sending a message — we receive that information too.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve TUNCO

Deliver the feed, stories, communities, messaging, and XP progression system. Personalize your experience based on what you like and who you connect with.

Support gamification and progression

Track XP, levels, and achievements so your progress feels rewarding and accurate.

Enable social features

Show likes, comments, follows, and community activity in real time.

Ensure safety and security

Detect spam, abuse, or violations of our rules, and protect the platform for everyone.

Communicate with you

Send important updates, respond to your messages, and (if you opt in) notify you about activity on your content.

Research and development

Analyze usage trends to improve features and build better experiences.

We do not sell your personal information.

III. How is this information shared?

With other users

• When you post, comment, or message, the people you choose to share with can see that content
• Public posts and profiles can be seen by anyone on TUNCO
• Others may reshare or screenshot content you post

With service providers

We work with trusted partners who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, moderation tools, etc.). They are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

For legal reasons

We may share information when required by law, to prevent harm, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TUNCO and our users.

We do not share your data with advertisers in a way that personally identifies you.

IV. Your choices and controls

You have control over your information:

• Edit or delete posts, stories, and profile details
• Adjust privacy settings for likes, follows, stories, and more (we're actively expanding these options)
• Download a copy of your data
• Delete your account (this removes most of your content; some information may remain in backups for a limited time)

You can manage many of these settings directly in your Profile → Settings.

V. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from active systems, though backups may take time to fully clear.

VI. Children's privacy

TUNCO is not directed at children under 18 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

VII. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes and give you the opportunity to review them before they take effect.
