TUNCO Safety Standards
Last updated: August 1, 2026
At TUNCO, the safety of our community is a top priority. These Safety Standards explain how we prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, how we respond when it is detected, and how to reach us. They are published in compliance with app-store safety policies and apply alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
I. Zero-tolerance policy
TUNCO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, account, or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is prohibited. It is removed immediately upon detection, and the responsible account is permanently banned.
II. Minimum age and access controls
Users must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in their country of residence) to create a TUNCO account. We do not knowingly allow minors below this threshold to use the platform.
Accounts found to belong to underage users are removed, and we provide reporting tools so the community can flag suspected violations.
III. Content moderation and detection
TUNCO combines automated detection, hash-list matching against known CSAM databases, and trained human review to identify prohibited content. Our moderation team reviews reported content and prioritizes urgent safety reports.
Content flagged as CSAM is secured, removed from public view immediately, and preserved only for lawful reporting purposes.
IV. Reporting mechanisms
Every post, story, comment, message, and profile in TUNCO has a Report option. Reports related to minors or sexual exploitation are escalated to our highest-priority moderation queue and handled within 24 hours.
Users can also report concerns directly to our safety team at safety@tunco.io. We never retaliate against good-faith reporters.
V. Cooperation with law enforcement
TUNCO reports confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and fully cooperates with law-enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.
We retain investigative data only as long as legally required and disclose it solely through valid legal process.
VI. Enforcement and appeals
Accounts that violate these Safety Standards are permanently banned from TUNCO. Users may appeal a moderation decision by contacting safety@tunco.io with details of the action in question.
We review appeals in good faith and restore access where a decision was made in error.
VII. Changes to these standards
We may update these standards as our platform and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
